Guy Madison was one of the hottest young actors of the 1940s. Blessed with a beautiful face and physique, Madison burst on to the movie scene in 1944’s Since You Went Away. This David O. Selznick 3-hour opus was about the American home front during World War II.

You know that moment when you’re reading a book and you just have to stop and bite your lip and squeal or sigh or close your eyes and wrinkle your nose and forehead and press the book against your heart and just like sit there and try to soak up the gorgeous literature via osmosis?

That’s my favorite part of reading.

you’re not allowed to judge anyone in a bookstore no matter what kind of books they’re looking at

literary nuts can read trashy romance novels

Photos like this needs more notes.

especially cus this one actually shows a diverse group of women

I like that it’s not just the small vs big it’s actually showing different body types. We need more of this!

THANK YOU. I hate that people use “every body is beautiful” to shame thin women; that’s not what it should be about. All body types are wonderful. Work whatcha got, ladies!

normally i don’t reblog things like this on principle but i’ll make an exception because this one is a Good One
